What's the quest in WoW that allows you to enter Serpentshrine Cavern?

i have a level 70 druid and im trying to get the Nordrassil Armor. In order to get it, i need to trade some kind of tokens that some of the bosses in Serpentshrine Cavern drop, but i have no idea how to get in there. Please help
