Anything similar to icall for web?

I've tried icall for your desktop. Worked the first day but that's it. Even then it conflicted with other programs I have on my computer so I had to uninstall it. I tried icall for web but it doesn't work either. It just sits there and flashes "connecting" but never connects. Evaphone doesn't work for me either. I tried turning off my antivirus, still nothing. Is there any site out there similar to icall for web? Something that I don't have to download to my computer? Any ideas why icall is a failure?
