Can't tell if this girl hates me or is my friend, she's crazy?

Like she'll do something nice then ignore me. we used to be pretty close then She blocked me on facebook and lied about it and we didn't talk for a while. When we started talking again we were not as close anymore. I even outright asked if she hated me, she shook her head. I asked why we don't talk as much, she said "I don't know, I don't always have something to talk about. Trust me, if I hated you, you would know." I just kept being nice to her, and at the end of the year, she asks to see my yearbook and just when I think she only talks to me if she needs something and I look sad at the thought, she asks if I'm ok and says she hopes we're together in a group for a game. She even hugged me when I just gave her gum later. I'm still blocked from her facebook though, she's just so crazy I can't even tell if we're friends sometimes. Maybe she cares about me just "not in that way"?
