Stupidest names ever?

Looking for a first and last name that just sound ridiculously stupid, to the point where you just want to punch the person (or his parents) because of the name. Doesn't have to be a real name of someone you know, even just a made up name would work. I just ask that its not outright impossible, a name that no one would ever be named ever, like Dumb Nameson or something. One example of a name I'm looking for is Tan Man, so things along those lines are what I'm looking for.
