Is There Anything Wrong with Reiki?

Anything at all? I haven't heard anything, so I thought I'd ask outright. Anyone think it's devil worship or...something? Please support your opinion with details as I'm strongly considering investing in the classes so I can heal people like my mom and will need a strong argument to dissuade me. Thanks.
