How can I buy a Bugatti in Canada?

Just wondering/out of curiosity (previously, some idiots thought I was actually asking because I was going to buy one), is it a long, tedious process like with the Enzo (you have to be invited or buy like 5 Ferraris and then join a waiting list) or do you just buy it outright? What are shipping/handling fees if it has to come all the way from Europe or a dealership in the US? Thanks
